Easy in Easy out, garage was full.
This place is really easy to confuse with 2 other underground parking garages close by. Also a rip off for 2 hours parking ($27)
Was this place built only for cars the size of a Civic? I've never seen anything like it. Ok getting in, but it had filled up by the time we were leaving. Scraped my car. I guess that's why it is half the price of the nearby garages. Spend the extra money, save your car.
The parking attendant DEREJE was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my mother and I when she asked for directions. We asked twice and the second time was incredibly dismissive. This is not a person who should be working here and his employment should be reconsidered immediately. I would like to speak with someone in management as soon as possible. Thank you.
