This garage is listed as open until 11 PM on Google and open until 8 PM on spothero. The garage closes at 7:45 PM. The attendant will scream at you about not being allowed to stay past 7:45, even though the sign says 8. The hours are until 7:45 PM!!
DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD OR CARD HERE. I parked here for a convention. I had to hand someone my credit card to pay and in less than and hour I had 4 fraudulent transactions on my account. I will be reporting this company.
Absolutely awful experience. My car was broken into twice since January 2023 while parking here due to a broken gate that remained open 24 hours a day for months. Terrible customer service that did not follow up with me at all after I filed claims both times. Do not park here.
Falsely advertised hours. Reserved a spot online and when I showed up they were closed.
