If 0 was an option I would. BEWARE! They dont have any sign stating the garage closes nor a time either. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! My husband called and asked what time they opened and he said 12pm?! But the lady last night told us 10am???? He hung up on my husband as he was asking a question! Thank god someone with a monthly pass let us out or we would’ve been stuck here until 12pm!! People travel! People have places to be! This has been a good parking garage for us on multiple occasions. It’s a lot less expensive to park here than at the hotel garages. Be mindful of the signage as there is not 24hr access. Also there may not be access to the building elevators to go to street level but since it’s not a busy garage it’s simple to walk in/out of the drive ramp.
Terrible experience. No way to access garage between the hours of 6am-8am. There is a number you can call but the operator says there is no remote access and the overnight attendant only works 12am-6am, not until when the main doors open at 8am. Do not park here!
What a cluster.. about parking in the block entirely. Garage is shared with the Hyatt I think. I don't know for sure because the signage for valley vs non is unclear. Both colonial parking and Hyatt guest services gave me incorrect information of how and where to park. This has been my worst parking experience ever.
DO NOT USE! Would give 0 stars if possible. Parking is not advertised as having a closing time. Locked out of garage with no one answering the phone. Garbage!
