Spent 20 minutes stuck in parking garage traffic. Gave up and exited. Charged $10. Filed complaint with Colonial Parking. No response.
Nightmarish parking garage designed in hell. Complete waste of time and money. Paid $10 to drive around and hunt for spots for almost 30 minutes, when it turned out none were available. Lights and signs indicating spots are available are false all throughout the garage. Do not attempt to park here. No attendants or phone numbers to call for help, hence me paying to leave without ever having parked.

$29 for 2 hours and 10 minutes on a weekend night is theft. Horrible. I will park on the street and recommend avoiding this place.
