charged me the max daily when it should have been the one hour rate.
Terrible customer service. Parking slip got stuck and customer service hung up on us once. Called back and was put on hold for 30 minutes (when the line said I was the only caller) and then the call center said there was nothing they can do to help. A waste of $22 dollars. Go to another parking spot
