We spent the summer in DC in Flats 130. It was a great place to stay; the apartment was spacious and well laid out. However, the people made the difference. The manager, Anthony Iroegbu and Tess Stirling and the rest of the leasing office staff were great to work with. And the conceirge desk staff: Ray, Maria, Allen and the others were so friendly. Need to do something ASAP about APT 1119 constantly smoking pot. Makes the hallway wreak and my middle schooler asks me all the time what that smell is. CONSTANT pot smoking and the managers do nothing about it. Unbelievable for the amount I pay in rent every month. DO SOMETHING!!!!
