Just an incredibly horrible experience with monthly parking. I was referred here due to my apartment building parking lot being full. Just awful communication all around. Parking attendants can't provide much information and just refer to the manger that is never on site. The manger never answers the phone nor returns phone calls. Online support at least responds but does not actually carry through with helping you. I would say avoid Colonial parking but run most of the garages in the city. Excellent service. The employees, especially Abbaseka, are fantastic. This garage has a lot of tandem parking spaces and they manage the cars very well. Abbaseka gets to know his regular customers and remembers their schedule. He checks to make sure you’re okay if you miss several days of work, or if you leave early. Very safe and well lit. Extremely clean. I pay more to park here (versus the slightly cheaper above ground lots nearby) because of the safety and the customer service.
