Really bad place. Machines to pay ticket before exit are broken and we had to pay again when exiting. Incredibly rude staff who just walked away when my wife complained. This has happened a few times unfortunately. Plenty of parking on the streets if you’re there for just a cpl of hours. I’d rather pay a parking fine than give money to this lot.
Entering to park was weird. No ticket machine and attendant ran after my car to take my payment. Parked at 1 and apparently they closed the garage at 4pm so when I came back, the garage was literally closed with mine and some other cars inside… Called colonial parking and seems to be a known issue. Said it would take an hour 30 for someone to come open the garage. Decided to come back next day to get the car when Google advised the garage was open. There are no signs stating when the garage closes or opens. I was able to drive in at 5:30pm and when I returned at 7:30pm the door was closed. I called the help number and they stated that the location closed at 3pm and that I would have to come back at 6:30am when they open. I’m from out of town and I told them I needed my car, to which they replied “good luck”... the website even states they close at 10pm on a Wednesday...
