Friendly staff, efficient, clean, knowledgeable
This place is The BEST!!
The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Sheppard is an excellent Dentist. There was no pain when he gave me the shots to num the area and he was very gentle in taking the tooth out.
I have been a patient of Andy Collins since 1986, the year we moved up here. My wife and 3 (now-grown) children have all been patients. The staff are like family to us. Our visits - whether for cleaning, braces, bridge work, or whatever - have always been made easier by the care and friendliness of the people that serve you. If you fear the dentist, I think you'll find these folks will put you at ease and make your visit as pleasant as possible. Thank you to all of the good folks at Colonial Heights Dental Group!

Coming to have my dental work done has always been a 5-star event. No Question! In fact for many years we've always told folks that Dr. Bill Shepherd is the closest to a painless dentist there could ever be. The whole staff is delightful to be around and there has always been a "family" feeling when coming for appointments. We've been very grateful that when we moved here 25 years ago someone recommended CHDG to us. Yes, even the times when the procedure may be uncomfortable! :-) God bless all of you. I came to the office first thing in the morning after being up most of the night with a toothache. I had no appointment and had not called to let Dr. Sheperd know that I needed help. I was treated so kindly by the staff and did not even have to wait very long. Dr Sheperd saw me quickly and I had an appointment the next day to solve the problem.Thank you so much for helping! Will be seeing you soon to complete the job.
