I get the best of care and always have. Love all the staff and it's like a family to me...Great People" The "best" dentist anywhere..Dr Collins! He always takes care of my teeth!
My initial visit to see Dr. Creech at Colonial Heights Dental Group went very well. THe staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Creech was excellent, utilizing the latest technology and explaining in detail the things she was doing. The office and procedure rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Creech for my dental needs.
Dr. Collins has been my dentist for about 25 years. I've never had a negative experience and I've had a lot of work done!
My visits to Dr. Shepherd and his staff have always been outstanding!
The Hygienist did an excellent job. She is new to me. I don't remember her name. She took Amy's place. She seemed very knowledgeable. She gave me some good tips about my teeth and what to use for them. Dr. Shepherd is always GREAT!! The atmosphere in the office is very nice and claming. I really feel like everyone cares about me and that means alot. Thank you for great service!!
I could tell there has been a lot of changes since my last visit. Visits in the past were always great but now even greater. I am in the marketing and advertising business and I noticed the new changes with email, texting and now feedback. Great move. I would like some info myself on this info. I also had a new hygienist. She was very knowledgable as well.
I have been a patient for over 30 years and have always received excellent and caring service from the entire staff. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, nor would the rest of my family.

The redecorated office spaces look wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Wait time is brief and the dentist is almost immediately available after the hygienist is finished.
