When I first moved here I did. Since then I don’t know how many times people quit in the office. Rules change all the time. Maintenance is terrible so bad they don’t have any , they all quit . They don’t treat there employees good at all. Would not recommend living here
My mother lived there. It seemed like a nice place for her to live. She died of cancer and now Colonial Heights Apartments is charging me around 3000$ because my died mother is "breaking the lease". As if losing my mother was not tragic enough these ghouls are making me scramble to figure out if there are any other options than paying an absurb amount of money to them.
This place sucks! Way to expensive for how they maintain the buildings.
