I am in a new home that is less than 3 years old. The fan in the bathroom went out and when I called these people who installed it I was told I would have a $75.00 charge just to come out and look at. Obviously they do not stand behind their product. What a scam

I was left very confused after i called this company when my A/C stopped working. Colonial Heating installed my furnace and A/C unit 4 years ago as subcontractor for Pulte Homes. Their name and phone number is printed on the thermostat. So i called them for service when it stopped working. The girl who answered the phone asked me if they installed the unit and what the address was. I said Yes they did and gave her the address. She informed me that they couldn't help me. She said they are too busy and only do new installation... read more
