After another company came out 3 times to work on my navien boiler, I called Colonial through my consumers appliance plan. First visit found my boiler was leaking gas! Had to wait several days for the part, but once it came in they were here to get it installed. Boiler stopped working that night, they came out the following day and took care of a pitching problem in the drainage tubing, so far so good! I have been so very pleased with this company and their workers!

They did a furnace install a few years ago. The motherboard went out and they did a repair, albeit late, only after payment in full, and then only after repeated calls. One year later the furnace won't light. They say "we don't have to come because it is out of warranty" . . . I know that - I expect to pay and it has to be done. They reply "a week from Thursday" . . . 11 days from now, Found a service literally around the corner - here in an hour and charged $69 total. We have had Colonial Heating for the last ten years servicing our 2 Furnaces & Air Conditioning units. August 25, 2020 they installed a new Trane Furnace & Air Conditioner. Three gentleman Chris, Kevin & Scott arrived to our house on time. They were very professional and polite. I personal enjoyed chatting with them. I would highly recommend Colonial Heating for there quality of service.

This company is always late for appointments and doesn't call or even answer there phone after 6 to tell you they will be late. You wait for hours hoping they will come out on emergency services as promised. Once they determine the problem they don't have the part and have to retrofit it to try and get it working until they can get part. One time, they put in a substitution part to get it going and a week later it broke again. The substitution was supposed to be only temporary but they never came and replaced it with the rig... read more

Did a great job with the install. Motherboard just went out on Thursday and they said they could have it fixed by Tuesday. It's 30 degrees out! I have 3 small children but they don't care!
