Bro, answer the phone. As a provider's office calling in to get much needed information, being on hold for over 15 minutes is overly ridiculous. You should provide an extension list for your doctors with the referrals for this to be avoided. Thank you

I am a returning patient who came in to see NP McIntosh at the Wesmark location. Wednesday evening I fainted at work and went to the ER. They instructed me to follow up with my primary. When I came to see Ms. McIntosh the first time in 2024 it was a very pleasant interaction. I had just moved to the area and I also had health insurance then.
