This is the hardest place in the world trying to get into. I have tried for a week to get in to get a copy of my MRI disc and you will not believe how hard it is.
Bro, answer the phone. As a provider's office calling in to get much needed information, being on hold for over 15 minutes is overly ridiculous. You should provide an extension list for your doctors with the referrals for this to be avoided. Thank you
