MAA apartments are a scam. Please do not rent here. Poorly maintained. Almost every month when you try to pay rent, they block your account and then add extra fees. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Do not waste your time or money here. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Think three times before renting at an MAA complex.
Adam and Nicholas were awesome. A couple of my appliances were broken and they were able to fix or replace them in a very timely manner. The maintenance team really tries their best to take care of the properties tenants.
