Mike came over and fixed my electrical outlet the same day i put in the work order. he was super nice and explained to me what the problem was. actually, my wife and i really love living at MAA ! they always send out notices when things are changing so that you can plan ahead. Maintenance came literally just a few hours after I put in my request and were so friendly (as always) and fixed my problem within less than an hour. So great!
Move here if you enjoy getting your car towed. Predatory towing policies are in place with Triton Towing. Not to mention the place is a mess with doggy droppings and trash.
I lived here for 11 months. Here is an honest review of my entire stay. The day I *scheduled* to pick up my keys (the day before my lease started), I got a call an hour before I was supposed to pick the keys up saying that I wasn’t a resident and couldn’t pick them up, even though I scheduled an appointment with them to pick them up.
