Great community, great curb appeal and staff
This complex is also known as MAA Riverchase and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I have become sickened during my stay because of the mold issues. And they have constant water leaks and AC problems. Management/staff is not professional 😒 I asked to be moved to another unit because of the moldy smell and they declined and they never did replace my carpet that was flooded and they went as far as to evict me when I wasn't behind on my rent! Just because I reported the mold.
Colonial Grand at Riverchase has been a great community to call home! The property is quiet, comfortable, and well kept. I especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff—they are welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist when needed. The community is in a great location and has a nice atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I’ve been very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Colonial Grand at Riverchase Trails to anyone searching for a nice place to live.

MAA Riverchase is such a beautiful community! I especially loved the landscaping and the timeless look of the property. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed without feeling overly trendy, which I really appreciated. It has a warm, established feel that makes the community very inviting. I would definitely recommend taking a tour if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home!
