So far, so... (Verified Renter) So far, so good. The community is quiet and nice. The people are friendly, the pool is never too crowded and the fitness center is good. Maintenance comes very fast when called. The office staff is wonderful. Wonderful place to live, for sure!

Property is very... (Verified Renter) Property is very nice, well taken care of, and pretty safe. Staff is very friendly and maintence is always on call and helps as soon as possible. I moved here sight unseen and apartment looked exactly as pictured and was clean and well taken care of. The apartments are the best value in the area for the square footage and the price you pay.

Beautiful location, but not so helpful leasing staff By far the best apartment location in the Huntsville, more so if your apartment faces the lake. However, good luck in working with the leasing office. For every single request, they deny it quoting some clauses or community bylaws. They charge for every single thing on the offer. It's no surprise that many people leave the society after going through the pains of dealing with leasing office. Wont suggest this place for long term at all.
