The property grounds... (Verified Renter) The property grounds are very well kept. It seems like the grass is cut and edged once a week. The shrubs are are tripped each week. However, I think one of the fountain has a broken sprayer and there are three trees that either have shrubs or outgrowths around the bottom. The other trees do not have that, so those outgrowths or whatever they are make the area look messy. There is also a tree that has hanging branches on one side. So far it?s... (Verified Renter) So far it?s not bad. Very quiet place. Property is well kept. Inside my apartment is comfortable. The Air conditioning is not that great. Just moved in so I will give it time. Bedroom is very spacious in the one bedroom apartment I have. Kitchen is a little small.

The grounds are very well kept, and I love all of the wildlife we are able to coexist with. The community as a whole is very quiet. I would highly recommend living in this community to anyone!!!
