Constant fire alarms, theft, homeless, dog poops in a hall way and management don't care! Also Office management left me with a portable A/C for three days when it's 100 degrees outside. Having only one device for a two-bedroom apartment is not enough. I've been living with 80 degrees in the apartment and the horrible noise from this outdated device, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise and heat. So far so good I moved down from Washington State 2 weeks ago and its been great so far. A few issues that needed fixed were taken care of as soon as I could coordinate with maintenance. Its not resort quality, but its not resort cost either, it is way better than price for value I have found elsewhere. Overall a great place to live so far. And the staff that I have met so far are very helpful and friendly.

Do not move here This place was recently renovated, so it does LOOK better than it did. But the place is absolute garbage. The gates are always broken, lots of crime (I literally got an email a couple weeks ago informing the residents of the SECOND shooting in the complex THIS MONTH) Maintenance staff is horrible, it took them 6 months to put a lock on the door on my patio (luckily I’m not on the first floor!!)

So bad. ZERO STARS. Let's start from the beggining. Their roaches are the size of horses. And no matter how mant times they "spray" they don't go away. I have seen 2 large ones in the last week. The show apartment looks nothing like the real aparmtents. They are outdated and gross. My door has a hole in it that was barely patched over, it is still visable. The yellow paint in the aparmnet is gross. Not to mention the previous tenant only left 1 day before us. Gross. The front office and everyone in it are less than helpful. ... read more

Best !!! I have 2 years at this property and to be honest I have not a bad review all the contrary. I love to live in this place, starting with the staff that is amazing. Few work orders attended immediately. I feel safe and the amenities are amazing. I love the social moments where I can share with new residents. Property is clean and quiet. Rude Management and Now Crime Ridden Neighborhood I have lived in MAA Worthington for two years. The parking spaces are extremely tight (you will have to squeeze into your car) and people always park over the lines.. it's a nightmare, they tow cars frequently too. The gate is also always broken to get in/out of garage. For the entire time I've lived here, elevators break weekly, sometimes only one working at a time, which is such a pain if living on a higher floor. Fairly quite and home like atmosphere This community provides a fairly quite and home like atmosphere and I noticed that there are a lot of different age groups that live here and everyone is welcoming. The staff is nice and helpful, but I think at times they are overwhelmed and need more help especially for the maintenance person. Overall, I like it here and would recommend it to my friends and family; plus I absolutely love my attached garage and the 3 level-townhome style.

Ratatouille -RATS- *stay away* Rats have overrun the 4 story building. Rats are breeding in the walls and feeding from trash chutes. Maintenance and pest control have pulled rats out for months but the problem persists. Dead rats smell through the walls. City health inspectors are aware and monitoring the problem. The front office is incompetent.

Ratatouille -RATS- *stay away* Post Legacy at Shops of Legacy. 4 story building. Rats have overrun the building for months. I’ve had maintenance tickets opened since last year. The rats are in the walls and run between the ceilings/floors between floors. Breeding inside building. There are now baby rats. Rat dropping everywhere. They feed from the trash chutes. Maintenance and pest control pull out rats from traps weekly but not doing enough to address the problem. The front office is incompetent. Avoid this MAA property.
