Overall: Decent I have lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is super quick with requests (always within 24 hours). Some tenants leave things (like clothes) strung throughout the property and they stay there for weeks. Pretty quiet. They raised rent pretty significantly every year (over $100 a month). Great area since it is super close to I77. Pool is nice.

Horrible If you want to deal with an apartment that was NEVER turned over. Copious amounts of pet hair from the previous tenant painted over. Oven door broke, food spilled in the pantry, microwave not cleaned. In the summer months hope your AC doesn’t stop working cause they won’t come and fix it for several days.

Rude office staff, cheap old apartment The office staff is incredibly rude and dismissive, especially the manager, Kerilee. The apartment is old, really old. The countertops are basically paper as well as the cabinets. A prior tenant damaged the inside of the cabinet and it's warped and smelly. They paint a strange pale yellow in the apartment and it's over everything, even the blinds. They didn't clean the apartment and I found sharp metal wire that I stepped on. You’re paying for the community. Not the apartment. Still not worth it. I moved in with a 14mo lease and when my lease was about to expire, the renewal lease rent price was over 23% higher than what I was currently paying. Well into the 4 digits a month for a 680sqft… No thanks. Found a 2300 sqft home for only $200 more than that. When you move out (because you will), pay for the apartment cleaning because they charge an ABSURD AMOUNT for cleaning individual items and they will find a reason to “clean” some items. $15 for la... read more

Do NOT Move Here sign your lease at all the fees they tell you they have when you move out, but you brush past it thinking that they just want to make sure the place is great for the next tenant. 14 months later, I get a move out statement that has me replacing a whole new carpet. Mind you, the carpet was totally clean and there were no odors. Apparently they lift up the carpet after every move, no matter how clean the carpet looks at the top. Best Apts I ever lived in. First off, the management here was the best. Kerrilee was very friendly, understanding, and respectful and so were all the maintenance staff. I never had a problem about anything when it came to management. The community was so peaceful, clean and respectful, I loved it here. I was sad when it was time to leave. My son and I are very grateful to have lived here.

Going downhill If you want to live in a community where your concerns dont matter then this is the place for you. My family and i moved back for a 2nd time due to our first experience being pretty good as we lived here a little under 2 years however when we move back its quite the disappointment. The apartment was not cleaned just fresh carpet put down. Average is a fair grade. The Good: -Large 2 bedroom units with a really great layout -Maintenance is top notch. -Grounds, pool, workout center, grill, etc are very nice. -Pet policy. No breed restrictions on dogs. -Tons of parking. -Lack of trash valet is positive for me, may be a con for you. -Internet is fast, 400 MB/Sec I think, and stable. Highly Recommend Wonderful apartment complex, I highly recommend. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly since move in a few months ago. We have needed maintenance a few times and they are always very responsive and professional. I love that they do not have breed restrictions like so many other apartments do, making it a comfortable place to call home for my entire family.
