We got the most square footage for the best price out of any complexes in the area, and our floorplan is one of the best I've ever seen in an apartment. The appliances (particularly kitchen) need some updating, but all appliances were included and are in great working order, so we really can't complain too much! I enjoy living... (Verified Renter) I enjoy living at colonial grand in cornelius. The size , and layout of the apartment are adequate. I like have the washer and dryer within the apartment. I cook often and I like the kitchen, however I would add under cannot lighting, and possibly a pendant light above the kitchen sink. I am on the third floor and rarely hear my neighbors, and this to me is one of the most important things in living in close proximity to strangers is having minimal noise.
