car had too many miles
Asked to honor extension of incentive but was told "it was my problem". Seemed friendly but decided not to purchase there.
Contacted dealer in advance to make sure truck they advertised was available. Made appointment to test drive. Drove more than 1 hr. from NY to CT dealership and they DID NOT have this truck!!! Not even an apologetic email sent from them.
