Friendly and knowledgeable
Terrible. I sent an online request to test drive a vehicle. It took them 4-5 days to let me know the car was available. They said the vehicle was being prepped, however, according to Cars.com or Cargurus,com (can't remember which site) the vehicle had already been listed for 5 days. Who expects to sell a car after letting a prospective buyer wait 4-5 days? I bought one elsewhere.

Helpful and informative.
I wanted to spend 20 min at most looking at a Focus. They did not have it and I should have left but instead got sucked into them offering me another car. They claimed they were not on commission but they really pushed a car on me. It was uncomfortable, they were not respectful of my decision and overall it changed my attitude on Ford. Lost interest because of their tactics.
They were prompt to responding. Answered all my questions
