Terrible communication and BAD Business. Salesman told me to check kbb value for my trade in which was $55,000 then proceeded to offer $33,000 based on wholesale auction value.

I am happy to say that my experience with the dealership and our Sales Consultant, Casper, was pleasant. The building was clean, our interactions were respectful, and the process was efficient. Awesome experience
Would never buy a car here. Offered an outrageous high apr, while I have a high credit score. When I questioned charges on the offer I was brushed off and was told I must pay the up charges. All this amounted to a significant large finale OTD price that was down right insulting. Hoping I wouldn’t have the foresight to run the numbers myself. They have a price on the vehicle and there are a lot of conditions that you have to meet to get that price. Just wanted a cash deal, didn't want to play Wheel of Fortune.
