Mike and Paul made my wife and I very happy. We bought a Lincoln Navigator and drove 2 1/2 hrs in a snow storm to get there. The experience was nothing but professional and welcoming. When we left it felt like we made some good friends. Paul is amazing at getting financing and Mike was very informative about the vehicle we purchased. I will definitely be driving up there again to purchase another vechicle. Hopefully not in a snow/ice storm lol. 10+ ⭐️

Arrived at the dealership to find that the car had a check engine light. Test drive resulted in a transmission that would not shift. I suspect the price drop was due to the fault in the car. They wasted trip.

I am HORRIFIED by what we just experienced at this dealership! I emailed them about an expedition yesterday and set up to take a test drive today at 6pm. I called this morning at 10 to verify. I told the person I would be bringing money, asked if the deposit should be cash or charge. Then I asked if he could not sell the car until we drove our hour to get there.
