Phillip Samples of Colonial Real-estate is highly unprofessional, Wouldn’t recommend doing business with him and or COLONIAL, Phillip himself is unprofessional, he had brokered the lease for a unit that was signed days ago with the deposit and initial rent sent immediately and Mixed it up with another unit he was brokering.
