Reliable-they actually show up when scheduled! Service techs are professional and courteous. Explained the process completely. End result was terrific.
I have used them several times. Very reliable and reasonable. Carpets always come out great.
I thought they were fantastic, my carpets looked great. I got the protection formula for stains and I can tell you it works. My dog had an accident and another time ink from a pen got on my carpet and I was able to clean it easily, no stains left. I highly recommend and will have them back again.
