Liked everything about what was done except for the timing. Got up early on a nasty rainy morning to be ready for my 8 to 10 a.m. scheduled slot. Representative courteously called at 9:40 a.m. to say he would be there by 10:30. Not his fault, but the company could have told me by the day before that his first job was an hour away in CT. They promised to send a reminder email and to make a follow-up call after he finished the job. Neither happened.
