I think they are great and reliable. We have a dog so there is a lot to clean especially carpet stains and lots of hair. Always happy wthi results!
I used them before we moved into our new home. They were so professional and our carpets looked amazing. There are some competitors in the area, but I would absolutely use them again!
I have had Chem-Dry several times and about to call again. They do a good job, are polite and professional. My rugs are on the older side and they look almost new when they leave. Call them, you won't be sorry.

I have large family dinners every few months including very small children. Needless to say, my carpet takes some abuse. Colonial Chem Dry comes in and does their thing. Not only are they very efficient but their staff are polite and pleasant. .
I have used colonial for a zillion years from furniture , area rugs to wall-to-wall carpeting very professional ,courteous and best of all they show up on time and they have reasonable rates.. I would highly recommend them
We have been using Colonial Chem Dry for 20 years. We have always been 100% satisfied, even with our little dog's accidents on our light tan carpet!
Colonial Chem-Dry left an excellent first impression. The young man did an fantastic job cleaning a house full of carpets and dining chairs. Everything was explained before the work was done and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Mattresses and sofas are next on the list for cleaning and I hope I get the same technician.
