To tell the truth: first I called & asked for an appointment for my 1st oil change, 5000 miles (actual miles at shop 5006). When finished, I noticed my left front hubcap was missing. After I left I noticed the receipt, or write up, stated my vehicle had 8006 miles on it & the next oil change would be due at 13006 miles. I think whoever wrote up my sheet needs glasses 👓 But since they don’t really know, I plan to go in for my next oil change at 10006 miles. Looking for something exciting to happen 🤓👍

Went to have a simple oil change and the Pittman arm broke while they were pulling the truck in the service center. They were all so rude about it. The guys in the service area were saying it was a piece of crap truck because it was a Ford and being very disrespectful. Yes, I should not of taken a Ford to a GMC place but i had coupon and figured everyone could act like adults but i was wrong.

We are thankful that the Pittman arm broke while the car was idling into the shop. If it happened while you were driving, there may have been a bad accident. Lifted trucks always overwear their front end components. Periodically, it is a good idea to have them inspected. We are sorry for the comments made by the service people and they will be disciplined accordingly.
Great to deal with and reasonably fast transaction for a walk in. Eric was very helpful and professional and got me in a great Truck and were I wanted to be price wise and trade wise.
I love Colonial Buick but I wish it didn't take 2 hours for an oil change. And why may an appointment if I still have to wait?

Walked the entire lot and showroom area for 30 mins and only saw 1 salesperson giving a couple a test drive. Never was acknowledge or helped. I am all about not being bombarded by sales people, but I refuse to seek someone out when I want to buy a car. Too many options out there to have to beg someone to help.
