RecommendedHad my oil changed and my tires rotated on my 2012 Acadia I expected to wait an hour before it would be finished but my mom and I barely got comfortable and 30 minutes later it was ready wow that’s all my mom and I could say LOL I do highly recommend colonial. They do a fantastic job and pretty fast I was definitely impressed

I took my vehicle in for issues with him violently shaking the front of my 2015 Acadia with 80k miles on it and jolting the whole SUV when slowing down. Tech test drove the vehicle and said he felt it. Kept my vehicle for over a week and said you can't fix it and that's just how it's supposed to drive. I guess professional grade means drives like a piece of crap?
- 2 hour wait. Car had not even moved. Excuses. Offered free oil change but already waited 2 hours. Will take my business next door. Sorry excuse for a shop.
Great service Department. Clay treats you like a very good friend. They don’t try to oversell you for services you don’t need or are required like some other dealers do.
