Super bad experience Ben here for 2 hours no one come to me told me them are delay just see me seat here and doing nothing this people need to be on time
I don't recommend this location due to their scheduling. I drove nearly 3 hours(and another nearly 3 to get home now) only to be canceled(I was early) instead of just push back whoever was next. I understand an emergency surgery but it's only 11am right now so I don't see why they would need to cancel the appointment instead of moving mine later today. Now I need a new surgeon after having taken a year to find this one.. time to start over or maybe give up again.. The American medical system.. Good luck.
I came 10 minutes late and apologized for the inconvenience since I was lost. The front desk lady stated “yeah I seen that” and told me I had to wait which was expected. After 40 minutes with only myself in the waiting room I went to ask the front desk woman if I had checked in correctly for the doctor to see me. Her response was “well you were late they took people ahead of you”. My response was I was only late by 10 minutes and I’ve been the only one here.
