I don't recommend this location due to their scheduling. I drove nearly 3 hours(and another nearly 3 to get home now) only to be canceled(I was early) instead of just push back whoever was next. I understand an emergency surgery but it's only 11am right now so I don't see why they would need to cancel the appointment instead of moving mine later today. Now I need a new surgeon after having taken a year to find this one.. time to start over or maybe give up again.. The American medical system.. Good luck.
I came 10 minutes late and apologized for the inconvenience since I was lost. The front desk lady stated “yeah I seen that” and told me I had to wait which was expected. After 40 minutes with only myself in the waiting room I went to ask the front desk woman if I had checked in correctly for the doctor to see me. Very caring doctor, always puts me at ease.
On two separate occasions, I have had the pleasure to speak with Cathy, a medical assistant on Dr. Denstman's staff. Each time, Cathy treated me with respect, and a displayed a true willingness to help me. I asked many questions and didn't have all the information I should have, but Cathy still was very patient with me. Too often, employees are quick to dismiss a customer because they just don't want to be bothered. Every once in a while, you come across a great one. Thank you, Cathy. Good job!
