No compassion in this office at all. I urge anyone who needs help to look elsewhere. Complete lack of concern or compassion for patients and their needs. I would give a lower score if possible.
Dr. Pennington performed my surgery a few months ago. In clinic she was a bit rushed and uncomfortable. In the hospital she was like a different person and my procedure went perfectly. I've recovered completely and had zero isssues.
I highly recommend Dr. Pennington. She is wonderful, I can not say it enough. She was swift to get me in and take care of me. Her bedside manner is superior to any Dr I have ever seen. Her staff was kind and helpful, like I was family. I did not like my diagnosis, but Dr. Pennington was warm and very compassionate and made the process so much less stressful. I wish I could give her and staff more than 5 stars. . Thank you Dr Pennington for taking care of me and thank you to all the staff that helped me were so kind.
Not anyone you want to take a loved one to. Extremely dissatisfied. Also, staff was quite uncaring.
