I had an appointment at this office today with Dr. Jabbour. Here is how that went: My appointment was for 10:20. I arrived at 10:15. Since I had surgery on my right shoulder 2 weeks ago, I am wearing a sling that restricts the use of my right arm. I thought this obvious disability would relieve me of the requirement of using the kiosk to check in-I was wrong. After taking my $40 copayment I was told to use my left hand to sign in at the kiosk.
