0 Star : My Experience I was very satisfied as usual with my experience except for the consistently moving completion date. There was continual failure to communicate that to me but the worse part was all that extra time cost me $600 extra out of pocket for rental car. This is not the usual for Collision Connection and the quality experience I have always had in the past.
0 Star : My Experience The car is clean and looks beautiful. The only problem is a noise coming from the right side (damaged side), possibly from one or both wheels, like metal on metal ? I'll have to bring it back in for you to take a look.
