I brought my Ford Fusion to Roth Collision Central after an accident involving my Front passenger side. This is a long review but hopefully they will take this feedback to make process improvements for people that choose them for car repairs. I was told by my claims rep that using a shop contracted with Progressive (Roth) would streamline the process and make things easier for my repair. That was NOT my experience.
