RecommendedI had a small accident and my Insurance Geico, send me to the best collition center express, ever! People very nice and courteous, Enterprise, car rental was waiting with the rental car, as I came in. The same day Mr Michael Rivera, from Collition center, called me, announcing that my car was ready and accommodated me to pick my car, the next after work. Then we exchanged cars and left place, very happy. Thanks Mr Rivera for the extraordinary service you provided me. God bless!

Told them I had an aftermarket grille and wanted the same when it was repaired. they ignored that. then they claimed they left me a voicemail asking me about they couldn't text or email? funny, when it was time to get paid they had no problem texting me.
Vehicle has now been in the shop 10 business days. The original estimate was 5 business days. Totally unacceptable. Everyday I call to be told it is in the reassembly area. If I come with half my deductible since it is now going on double the delivery time I was originally told, I am sure Collision Care Express would not appreciate that. Rob, you might have grown too fast to keep up with that customer service level you once had.

I have been working with Robert and Collision Care Xpress for several years now and they always go above and beyond in both the quality of their work and their customer service. I had to bring my wife's car in for repairs a couple of weeks ago and everything went very smoothly.
