These folks reminded me what excellent customer service can be. After another shop "fixed" our 2013 Ford Escape with deck screws, the wonderful people at Collision Care Xpress took great care of us, did quality work, and wouldn't send us on our way until every ounce of the work met their standards. From contacting the insurance on our behalf to calling me just to say, "It's been a while since you heard from us, but we're still making progress on your car," the amazing staff here have made me a devout customer for life.
Just picked up my Kia Sorento yesterday. Robert’s Collision Care Xpress is some operation and I’m so happy with their work from damage my car sustained when we were hit from behind. Can you say A M A Z I N G ... Robert and his staff were like an amazing SURGICAL TEAM that gave my, "Betty Sue" and complete new face lift. There precision craftsmanship and CUSTOMER SERVICE always keep me informed of her progress. My baby is back, better than new...She's the Baddest Bitch that ever ruled the road.
