I had to have several teeth pulled yesterday and the dentist was superb. Woke up this AM without any pain and I haven't had to take any pain meds. The staff was very kind and helpful.
I am always a little Leary of the dentist in general. But I do have to say the staff all around are professional, caring, compassionate and have the best bedside manner I have experienced in a long time! I definitely recommend them! They were great with my situation and were calm and understanding and treated me wonderfully! Love me some Collinsville Dental!!
I had my cleaning and then sat in the chair for a half an hour before I had to walk out of my room and find a worker myself to finish my exam. The doctor came in did maybe a 5-minute exam told me nothing changed and walked out. Not even a simple apology.
Staff was friendly but I was waiting in the office for over an hour. Unexceptionable! I won't be coming back here again.
Today was my first visit to Collinsville Dental Care. The ladies at the front desk were all super nice and helpful. I didnt even have time to finish my new patient paperwork I got called back so quickly! My hygienist, Kelly, was awesome! Everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately for me, I ended up having 2 cavities.. but they filled them same day! I would definitely recommend Dr. Krech and staff to everyone! I'll actually look forward to going to the dentist now! See you guys in 6 months!
