Friendly, Fun, Wonderful The Collinsville Dental Care office is wonderful. The staff is very, very friendly and the doctors are very caring. I have a bit of a phobia (like most people) of the dentist and they were very understanding and worked with me. The appointments are set up at good times, and it is always easy to get in.
I have been calling for the last three weeks so I can get an answer about my crown that the dentist put in Wrong!!! I want them to pay for a new crown...it's only 6 months old😒.
you do not want to go to this dental group. they have four different locations in illinois and i assure you, stay away from these guys. went there for crowns, partials and some repairs of teeth. they made me pay for everything up front before starting the work, got the crowns but not very good work. they kept making excuses for why everything was taking so long. blaming it on ups for the most part or the labs making the crowns. when i confronted the doctor about it, he refused to do anymore work and told me he would not give... read more
Doctor Weems and his staff have made my wife go through the ringer the last 3 months. They’ve lost her paper work and due to their incompetent management of her case have had to reinstall a temporary crown 5 times in the course of that 3 months. Are not good about communicating expectations and then berated my wife for it being her fault they lost her paper work and for her crown coming out. RecommendedVery pleased with the crowns I just received. Dr. Weems is probably the most sincere dentist I have ever visited. The crowns were so affordable with the plan that I am having the rest of my top teeth crowned for cosmetic purposes. The assistants are also very nice and professional. Thank you all very much.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Everyone in the office made me feel like they truly cared.
They billed my insurance for something that I didn’t have done. Now that I’ve found a more affordable dentist I’m being denied coverage because they think I already had it done.

I have been coming to this office for several years. Just tried to charge me to replace a filling that fell out and it was put in by them! What a joke! I will take my business elsewhere. Very pushy about extras and appointments also. Was looking for a new dentist before this happened with the lost filling and only came back because they put the filling in originally. Would highly recommend going elsewhere!
