This critical care RN & regulatory specialist can not type a strong enough warning. The unlicensed counselors use lies and scare tactics to upsell cataract surgery add-ons. They're disrespectful, but I got through that. The whole experience is like being cattle with a number. But I had post-op complications which I kept reporting (4 times to Angelina, Megan, again Angelina and Nicole) and I was denied even one post op appointment with the surgeon. I went in for a consultation on lasik surgery. 3 hours and $15K later, my visit turned into a medical bill. I paid $75 at checkout (supposed to be free). My insurance company instructed my co pay was $100.00. Just got a call from a collection agency for $32.50 with a threat that it will end up on my credit report and damage my credit. Would NEVER GO BACK or REFER anyone to this scam of an office. Buyer beware.
