This critical care RN & regulatory specialist can not type a strong enough warning. The unlicensed counselors use lies and scare tactics to upsell cataract surgery add-ons. They're disrespectful, but I got through that. The whole experience is like being cattle with a number. But I had post-op complications which I kept reporting (4 times to Angelina, Megan, again Angelina and Nicole) and I was denied even one post op appointment with the surgeon. RecommendedDr. Collins, his associates, and his staff are all very professional and kind, explaining each step and taking care to make each person feel comfortable and confident. Beautiful, super clean, and spacious waiting areas are pleasantly refreshing.

READ ALL PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING ASK for paperwork, read it, then sign if you totally understand there is no guarantee that your vision will improve Shame on me, I didn’t. I listened to their verbal summary, then signed the screen. I trusted them. They over promised and under Delivered I purchased the $6100 lens for my eyes with the verbal understanding i would not require glasses afterwards I even discussed that $6100 could buy a lot of eye glasses. I went in for a consultation on lasik surgery. 3 hours and $15K later, my visit turned into a medical bill. I paid $75 at checkout (supposed to be free). My insurance company instructed my co pay was $100.00. Just got a call from a collection agency for $32.50 with a threat that it will end up on my credit report and damage my credit. Would NEVER GO BACK or REFER anyone to this scam of an office. Buyer beware.

Had my cataract surgery at Collins and I am very pleased. All of the staff at the office are extremely pleasant and qualified. Dr Collins and Dr Alessi have made both procedures very easy with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend Collins Vision.
The staff at Collins Vision are Friendly and Knowledgable, Fast and Precise. Especially Katie and Aleesa . Had eye surgery in 2013 and Dr. Collins was terriffic!
