We were trying to get a rental, and we were the first ones in line. No one else had put in an application. He said what we needed to do was to get a cosigner. So the same day we had our cosigner fill out an application and they didn't even look at the application and gave it to someone else. Doesnt seem right. I would make sure you follow through 100% with them. Very dissapointed!!
