Collins seemed like a good place to buy a car but like so many other dealerships they are ripp offs. I bought a car had it about a yr but got behind cause of my finances and I been spending money on the car constanly but it suppose to be a warranty on the car but u have to pay some money for the repairs. Please dnt get fooled by the hype I made a costly mistake by getting a car here and not reading the fine print. LOOK AROUND FIRST...
These crooks dont even deserve a one star. DONT BUY HERE! DON"T BUY HERE! Any thing good you hear about this place is a lie, I saved my hard earded money and bought a car at collins, I put about 2,500 down. car was driving fine 2 months latter the timing belt is off witch their stupid ass warnty dont cover. I take to my machinc it is over 500 dollars to fix, so i gave them the go aheead to fix it, when they were getting ready to do so, my machinc checked the engine of the car, all 4 cylinders were shot preety much a bad engi... read more

I purchased a car from Collins in 7/2010 and I was happy with the service I received at the Wayne office, Once I purchased the car I had to drive to detroit to sign paperwork. When I got the cat 3 days later it was not running properly, they sold me some 1000.00 warranty that was no good and they have a shop behind the dealership that they repair cars/ i had to pay for repairs just after having the car 3 days, i missed work because they would just let my car sit and not work on it and then put parts on the car that i didnt n... read more
Collins are very good. They have good deals and great associates. They also work with you when you have problems. I would recommend that everyone go there. They are remarkable.
