Dr. Collins and his staff are kind, gentle, and hard working. They have been so compassionate in partnering with me during my TMJ treatmemt and encouraging me along the way. I cannot believe how much better I feel!
Excellent customer service, and friendly environment. The only thing that I've run into with both times is that extra treatments are just provided without checking the insurance allowance. Extra charges are made by this that are not necessary. Would highly recommend for the staff to review what each patient's insurance coverage entails, and if it is something that is not automatically covered, they NEED to ask the patient if that is something they would like, BEFORE just proceeding with those extra cost based treatments. I love Collins dentistry I have never met anyone there that was not a positive friendlycaring person. They go way out of the way to make sure you can be seen when you need to be seen even on short notice. Love them.
