Was very disappointed of the clinic. Our family of 4 moved to Dr. Collins’ clinic. I had all our information transferred to the clinic, but my daughter was in college so wasn’t able to make an appointment because she was away in College. I called today to make an appointment for her and I was told that they do not accept any more new adult patient!!! I told them that the whole family moved to their clinic! I called in May for both my children to be seen for a routine check up (New Patients). I was told by scheduling the earliest they had was July 21st. I took that appointment, today 6/21/2018 I receive a phone call that they needs to reschedule their appointment and to call them back. I spoke with another women she said she was the office manager today in the office and told me now we can't get in until September. This is unacceptable.
