Mechanics can't get their work right. Had to bring my vehicle back 3 times, the exhaust was loose, the items they said was correct was not correct. After spending over 15k they just want to ignore their mistakes. Stay away, there are many other shops that actually care about getting things done right the first time. I have the Jeep at another shop, they walked me through the problems that CB was supposed to already fix. Total Joke.
