Although more of a Shaw problem because they are the board that controls our HOA, Collins sides with directors and cares more about the board than their residents that they are supposed to support. 3rd year in a row our HOA dues have gone up, and no improvements to the neighborhood since we moved in in 2020. If anything, the neighborhood is worse now.
I can honestly say, my contact at the HOA is wonderful. They are very kind and considerate, and actually talk to me like a person. I appreciate them.

Does not return emails promptly. Does not return phone calls. Does not answer to the neighborhood because they work for the developer. They have an attitude of superiority and resent questions and concerns. I have also seen 5-star reviews from their employees here so beware. Edit: To the response: My key phrase is promptly. Also, the board is Shaw Homes because they have maintained ownership of enough homes to control it by setting it up where they have 30 votes per lot and homeowners have 1.
