Great directions
Parked my car here for 16 minutes (there was no sign saying don’t park here) and they put a tow warning sticker in the middle of my drivers windshield. The sticker residue is not coming off no matter how hard I scrape. Great company you’ve got here.
Horrible customer service, they try and blame everything on you stating you send information incorrectly or to an offsite processing center all while still cashing checks,, their own billing detachment has their address in Tulsa off of Memorial where payment has been remitted every time… They still asses late fees and refuse to take accountability when it has been almost 3 years and they still have not updated owner of record. Horrible management company, everyone in the office will give you the run around, they never do anything on time and are always lying to protect themselves. They don’t care about the owners of the property or the return on investment that they try to promise. Nelson at the office threatened me with violence and the receptionist hung up on me multiple times after they had wrongfully charged me and didn’t want to refund the money.
