Have sent multiple emails seeking clarity on whether our HOA was reimbursed for damages to the irrigation system caused by a utility contractor that have been ignored. Collins & Associates authorized the payment for the irrigation repairs, but refuses to respond to whether the homeowners association was reimbursed for the damages.

I have had very little interaction with Collins & Ass but the few times I have called they have not been attentive to my needs as a property owner. They have not returned calls and have not replied to emails.

Collins and Associates is the worst when it comes to managing HOA’s. Our fees are going up every year and they always use the excuse of inflation. Why is it then that other nearby neighborhoods with pools, playground and walking paths pay half of what we pay. Inflation affects everyone. They have regular meetings and get detailed information on the costs of managing the HOA. All we have is a pool. In the last five years, we have had 1 meeting. I hate having to even give them one star.

Although more of a Shaw problem because they are the board that controls our HOA, Collins sides with directors and cares more about the board than their residents that they are supposed to support. 3rd year in a row our HOA dues have gone up, and no improvements to the neighborhood since we moved in in 2020. If anything, the neighborhood is worse now.
