I live here it's nice a place, I love this place for my kids and family, Marilyn and Elena are the nicest staff.

RecommendedI don't live here yet but I recommend this place highly. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by one of the best leasing agents in the bussines Ms.Marilynn. This young lady is awesome and treats people with the upmost respect. I shopped other properties in the area today and noone could top are match her customer service. I will be coming back in June to lease here because of the customer service this place has. The place is also looking better. Keep Up the work.

This place is the best property out there in the Greenspoint area. The property is constantly looking better and better. I work down Greens Road and I pass by the property everyday and it is always looking clean.
The staff here treat everyone with kindness and care. They'll help you to the best of they're knowledge and ability from start to whatever end it may be, even the maintenance guy. Marilyn is hard to beat in what I find to be true customer service. Marvelous people like her deserve a raise. Collingwood Gardens shows that you are always welcomed home into the family. Thank you for all that you do.
