It was fun but not as hyped up as website made it out to be. Swimming area was very limited and the sandy beaches they advertised was non existent. There was maybe 5 feet of sand between grassy area and lake if that. Was very disappointed about that.
Had a wonderful time with my family and friends! Looks like I'm gonna have a great summer!
We've stored our boat at the marina for 6 years . We have no complaints. Debbie and Mac are very helpful. It offers a great location coming from McKinney. Reasonably priced set up.
Camping side has terrible chiggers infestation! Beware for your pets! The front office lady and man are very rude. Long term campers live there. Uneven sites, erosion issues are severe, trash cans overflowing. Marina is nice but no pets allowed. Don't camp here, you will be disappointed. NOT A CORP PARK EVEN THOUGH MGR insists it is. If she doesn't like something she creates a rule. Don't stay here!!
We had the best time on the boat we rented and the staff at the marina were knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating.
