They cancelled on us for the first day they were supposed to be there - and didn't let us know until 4 hours after they were supposed to be there! The second day, they were 3 hours late ... and didn't call. Finally - they didn't do a run-through or anything before they left - they didn't even tell us they were leaving or show us how to work the system - we just went outside and they were gone. The system is great ... and the work appears to be high quality - and they have followed up with us since to do a... read more
