His bid was considerably cheaper than what I had from 2 others. He based his sprinkler system design on my own water pressure instead of just saying "depending on water pressure" as one other did. The grass took 1 day and the sprinkler took 1 day (11,000 sf of grass). Were able to start job within 3 business days of me making a decision. Absolutely happy & would recommend them to anyone. I completely feel like I got the most for my money.
